The hotel staff were very kind and welcoming - 本当にありがとうございます. The room has multiple plug outlets which is very useful and a spacious design.

The service we received at the front desk and for breakfast was friendly and efficient. Great care was given in helping us to find our way around and for booking forward our luggage. We appreciated the common dining/lounging area with complimentary drinks. The location was great for access to train stations.
